1. Who we are

Sign PDF (the “Software”) is developed and provided by QYREON SRL, a company registered in Romania (“we”, “us”). These Terms apply to the Software, your Sign PDF account and the website getsignpdf.com.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Software. You can sign up with an email address and password or with your Google account. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Software on behalf of a company that accepts these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The Software is offered as a monthly subscription (Essential, Professional or Business). Plan features and limits — such as the number of stamps used at a time and the number of computers — are described on the Pricing page and in the app.
• Payments are processed by Stripe and sold through Link (Stripe’s merchant of record), which calculates and collects applicable taxes such as VAT and sends your receipts and invoices.
• Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from the app (File → My account → Manage subscription) or on the website under My account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change prices for future billing periods; we will tell you in advance by email, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

4. Licence

While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on the number of computers included in your plan. You may not resell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software, or bypass its licence checks.

5. Your documents

Your PDF files are processed only on your computer; we do not receive or store them. You are responsible for the documents you stamp and sign, for having the right to use any stamp, company name or signature you add, and for complying with the laws that apply to your documents. A stamp or signature image added with the Software is not a qualified electronic signature.

6. Availability and offline use

The Software checks your subscription online and keeps working offline for up to 7 days after the last successful check. We aim for high availability of our online services but cannot guarantee they will be uninterrupted.

8. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Software and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms (for example, sharing one account beyond the plan limits or abusing payments).

10. Changes and law

We may update these Terms; important changes will be announced by email or in the app. These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
