If Sign PDF isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Write to support@getsignpdf.com from the email address of your account, or request it through Link, which processes our payments.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in the app (File → My account → Manage subscription) or on the website under My account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, except where required by law or if a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the Software. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will look at it in good faith.
Plan changes
When you upgrade, you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period; when you downgrade, the unused difference is credited to your next invoices.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, including any VAT you paid, and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
